These Terms govern your use of InvoicePig. By using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.

1. The service

InvoicePig is operated by AVENKARA CO., LTD., registration number 0105568115817, with a business address at Suite 3064, 30th Floor, Bhiraj Tower at EmQuartier, 689 Sukhumvit Rd, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. InvoicePig provides browser-based invoice creation, PDF export, optional saved account features, optional AI and voice tools, and an MCP invoice-generation service. Features may change as the service is maintained. We do not promise that an invoice is legally, tax, or commercially compliant for your jurisdiction.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping access credentials private, and reviewing every invoice before sending or relying on it. Do not use InvoicePig for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; do not upload malware or secrets; and do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or billing controls.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of invoice data, logos, and other content you provide. You grant InvoicePig the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and generate requested outputs. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for that content and that it does not contain prohibited secrets or sensitive information.

4. Plans, trials, and billing

Free and paid plan features, prices, trial length, and billing interval are shown on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew at the selected interval until cancelled. Stripe processes charges and may collect applicable taxes. Cancel before the next renewal through the billing tools or by contacting support. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Availability and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for security, abuse, non-payment, legal compliance, or material breach. You may stop using the service at any time. We may retire features with reasonable notice where practical. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

6. Intellectual property

InvoicePig, its software, branding, and original content are owned by InvoicePig or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership or allow copying, resale, or reverse engineering except where law permits.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available. You are responsible for reviewing generated invoices, tax treatment, recipient details, payment instructions, backups, and regulatory compliance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoicePig is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, unless applicable law requires another forum.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. We will publish the new version and update the date. Questions and legal notices can be sent to support@invoicepig.com.
